Who Can Bid: Only buyers with at least 10 feedbacks AND a percentile of more than 95% can participate in this auction.General Description: What is being offered for sale are 10 antique and vintage Keywind minute hands for 16-size and 18-size pocket watches. Most of the hands are new-old-stock (NOS). See the photos for details and condition. For comparison, the hands are shown on top of an 18-size dial. The dial and container are NOT part of the auction. The auction includes... an extra hand in case 1 of the 10 is marred or damaged. Note also the hands are high grade and have polished centers.Note that the larger-size hands can be reduced in length to fit smaller-size pocket watches. Guarantee: The hands can be returned for a refund of the bid amount if the seller is notified within 30 days of receipt (as determined by Delivery Confirmation) and the hands are in the condition shown in the photos. Please, if you are not 100% satisfied with any aspect of this transaction, I'd like the chance to make it right. Payment and Shipment: All payments should be received by me within 10 days after the auction has ended. However, since I have a “no question return policy” and if the buyer is unable to make payment, he can simply cancel the auction before the item is shipped without any consequences.IMPORTANT Shipping Details: US and non-US buyers pay for USPS First Class mail.The carrier must be the United States Postal Service.
