Illinois Watch Co. Pocket Watch 1902/1903 16 Size Silver Color Not Running

This listing is for an Illinois Watch Company silver color pocket watch. The movement is not running, but the balance seems to be OK.. It sets properly. 17 jewel 16 size movement. Serial number 1631193 which should be around 1902-1903.
The movement has been in the watch repair desk of my father for decades. He passed away in 1984. Our family had a jewelry/watch repair business. My father was a railroad watch inspector.
The dial is enamel and... has only one nick on the edge at the 6 o'clock position. This is the place where the movement is hinged and raised to get to the back of the movement. The crown has a small worn area.
The inside back of the case is stamped:PatentedTrade Mark4717
This pocket watch looks like a good candidate for restoration or using the case or movement for another watch restoration.
