FUN IN ACAPULCO SOUNDTRACK LP POSTER ADThis poster ad for Elvis' Fun In Acapulco soundtrack LP is and original print circa 1963, the time of its release. It was used by record stores - not by any major promotional companies - to promote sales. This ad would have been seen on shop windows or walls. Since then, these type of poster ads for Elvis releases have become hard-to-find items as most did not survive after taken down from record store windows and walls. MEASUREMENTS16" × 31"...CONDITIONDifficult to give an exact grading of this poster ad since there is no other copy to do a side-by-side comparison, but is at least in average condition for its age. All of the text and graphics are present but show wear. Obviously, there are creases due to the folding for storage, which are split in some areas and have been partially taped. The edges have some pieces missing. The text and graphic of the LP have some scratches. Despite these issues, the colors and overall presentation of the ad is still beautiful and could be displayed again.
