Milwaukee Die Filer Machine.
This machine is used, but is in good overall condition.

The main pulley turns freely and the action of the stroking mechanism moves smoothly.
This was used by the Buck Knife Factory when in El Cajon CA. see asst inv. tags (pic )
This has not been in use since they moved, did require some clean-up, and could use some more.
