Up for auction today is beautiful vintage 1930s DoverFountain Pen1930s This pen was made in Denmark, for Danish market. A large pen made od bakelite and ebonite, with Art Deco clip, wide cap band and button filling mechanism. A very well-made pen with a nice, semiflex nib writng with Medium to Bold line and nice ink shading. The pen's condition is very good considering its age (70+ years old pen). It does have a bit of vintage patina, but trim is in very... good condition and it fills and works as it should. Filling system: The pen is a button-filler. The filling mechanism has been rebuilt and the pen fills and writes as it should. Nib: The pen has its original Warranted solid gold 14k Medium, semi-flexible nib. It writes with M/B line with nice line shading.
