Vintage Bohemian Cased White Glass to Cranberry Cut Glass Lamp with Painted Flowers

It works when I plugged it in but the cord is very frayed and when I tried to wind it up it is cracking.
It will definitely need to be replaced.
The shows no chips or cracks.
The metal base shows some age, you can see in the photos.
The top finial is missing.
