Vintage French Very Large Silver Wine Cooler Punch Bowl Ribbed Body + Lion Face Handles.Purchased in France but no makers marks or hall Marks so unsure of material but possibly plated.Inside has tarnished as It's previous use was a wine cooler.However a small test inside the bowl with some silver cleaner shows it would polish up beautifully If you wanted too, see last picture.
