This is a hardcover copy of "Fireflies" by Rabindranath Tagore, with Decorations by Boris Artzybasheff, published by Macmillan in New York in 1940. It contains approx. 274 pages and has many "decorations". It measures approx. 7 3/4" x 5 1/2" x 1 1/4". The pages of this book are “uncut, ” that is, they appear somewhat more rough-cut on the edge than a usual modern book.
This book would make an awesome addition to any library, and would make a great gift, too! The pictur...es above show the condition of the actual book you will receive, as I don't use stock photography.
This book is in good condition, but it does show expected wear consistent with age. There is a previous owner's name in the inside cover. Other than that, there is no handwriting present anywhere that I can see. The cover shows wear, and there is a 1" scrape into the cardboard on the back.
