Antique McClellan Saddle Tree Horse Saddle Form Rustic Country Decor. Up for sale is an Original saddle tree form, or form in the MC Cllellan Style -no pommel-. It is made of wood and metal with hand wrought iron strapping for reinforcement . Some nails appear to be hand wrought as well. other old nails and screws are present. Measures 19" long x 18'wide. This is a form or tree on which a leather saddle would be fabricated.Appears to be all original. Great disp...lay with equestrian, militaria, or rustic design. Mid 1800's Civil War era.
