Here's a gorgeous 1904 Victor E phonograph with an equally gorgeous smooth-sided oak horn.
I'll try to let the pictures speak for themselves, but as you can see, the condition of the phonograph is excellent, close to mint, including the cabinet finish, which is original. Back-bracket enamel is original and clean, and the decorations on the back-bracket are original and nearly perfect. Back-bracket mounting bolts are original and clean. Cabinet molding is in excellent condition, as you can see, and none of it is missing. Motor and gearing are original to the phonograph, and the motor is clean and properly lubricated.
All of the nickel-plating is original, including the plating on the crank.
The later made oak horn -- a perfect match for the phonograph in terms of both size and hue -- was built by renown hornsmith Don Gfell in Milan, Ohio. Its wood surfaces are smooth, its colorful Nipper decal is flawless, and the rim of its bell is perfectly round. The horn's nozzle fits snugly into the nickel-plated elbow.
The phonograph runs great and needs nothing to be enjoyed immediately. The reproducer sounds really good -- incredibly dynamic -- and the machine has no trouble making it through records without running out of steam or changing pitch.
Like the beautiful Columbia BH phonograph I'm listing elsewhere on ebay this week, this Victor E is the perfect size for just about any kind of room, and any kind of surface. Small enough to fit on a shelf, but large enough to anchor an end table. Base measures approximately 12" x 12" x 7". The phonograph and small parts will be shipped in one package. The horn will be shipped in another package.

I'll provide you with simple, easy to understand set-up instructions, so you'll be able to use it shortly after you unpack it.
