Nice looking condition oval base vintage Western Electric table / desk phone. Unrestored but has all its insides, looks good and seems like it would work. From a collectors estate and a great addition to any decor, collection or the perfect one to restore 100%.
Overall condition is very good for age. Original cloth cord and all its insides are present.
