German Kaiser Wilhelm World War 1 Relic Beer Or Wine Jug Very Rare

This One Foot tall heavy green glass beer or wine container is pre-World War I. I have never seen another one. You can be certain no Yanks were toasting the Kaiser or filling their beer mugs or wine glasses from this piece.
I have watched EBay for years trying to find its match. None ever appeared. During extensive time in Germany I have never seen a match. Apparently after the war Germans did not want a reminder of defeat and his disastrous reign around.
Yes, look at his upturne...d mustache and spiked helmet. This is indeed the Kaiser Wilhelm II.
The historic object over 100 years old is in mint condition. It is full of air bubbles also indicating it's age. There is a tiny nick in the top spout where the stopper was inserted. The nick is so small it will not photograph.

Most likely this was brought back to the USby a Doughboy serving with American occupation forces in Germany following the First World War.
The Kaiser went into permanent exile in 1918 after losing the war so it is not likely to have been made in Germany after that time. And given his attitude toward the Nazis, it would not have been made during that era either.
