Rolex Explorer II 1655 Wristwatch!
Excellent vintage Rolex Explorer II ref. 1655 w/ lollipop second hand, faded orange 24 hour hand, and ghosted bezel!The watch is in good condition for its age, there are light scratches on the case and crystal. There is a small ding in the upper left lug - see photos.The lume in the hour and minute hands has darkened with age. The orange 24 hour hand has faded to almost completely white. There appears to be a scrape on the dial to the left of the ..."Superlative Chronometer Officially Certified" text - see photos.The serial number of the watch is 4028XXX. The model number is 1655. The watch dates to 1975. The case back is engraved, it was given as a gift in November of 1977.Service history is unknown and we recommend it be serviced. The watch is currently smooth to wind and set, and all functions work properly. We do not guarantee the watch's time keeping.We did not get the original box, papers, or bracelet with this watch.See photos for condition please!
