1939 John Deere H serial number 5974, this was the first year of production for the John Deere, I took these photos a few months ago, tractor looks and runs excellent, it has excellent rims, rear tires are 9.5/32 one is new the other is 90% tread and very good condition, the tractor runs excellent usually starts in the first or second turn of the flywheel, no smoke and very good oil pressure, the front rims are the original caste rims and they are in very good condition, has a go...d drawbar hitch, has factory hydraulics, the clutch, brakes and transmission all work very good, the carburetor is a DLTX #46 , the carb. and magneto have been rebuilt, you can idle it as low as it will go and it keeps on running, the seat is very nice not broken or welded, has new plugs and wires, has very nice solid original sheet metal a few dings but nice, the paint is very nice, the rear axles are not cut, this is a very nice tractor not a show tractor but nice you would be proud to take to any show or through a parade, I am starting it low and selling it NO RESERVE.
