Apple iMac 1998 Vintage Computer M4984 iMAC OS Rare Computer and power cord only. Bought from an estate sale and they did not know the full detail on this computer. As you see on the screen it powers on. The disc door opens when pushing the button. But you need to pull it all the way out to insert a disk. You need to push it closes as well. I don't know if that normal. Cosmetically its fair. I had to put tape on the side door to make sure it doesn't slip off. Also there ...is some scuff marks I photoed. Just the same as you I don't want to waste our time for something you didn't expect, so please look closely at photos before making a choice. Nothing seems broken, or not functioning. all the pieces are in tact. I do apologize for not having more precise details. Hopefully the pictures I took of the text and stamps on the computer will help you know especially if you are familiar with these items. Let me know please if you see any discrepancies, so I can make sure that everything is accurate. I don't want you to be disappointed if I could take more than 12 pictures I would have. Check screen shots for more details. Theres lines running through it when I photo the screen but zero lines when your looking at it with your eyes. Also I have kept it running for a while and it seems to get much more quiet as time passes. I kept the photos of the door I have taped and the marking on the computer. Overall it seems good though.I typically work from 8 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday are off days, but I will still check in on my messages throughout the day.
