Here we have a Bendix CDV-750/643 dosimeter pen charger, the early model 1 version. It works great. This is a very rare model of charger. This dosimeter charger works differently than the far more common model 5. You use the toggle switch to generate the voltage that moves the needle - first you move it in large steps to the left, until you're left of zero, and then you hold the toggle to the right, and the needle veeeery slowly moves right. &nb...sp; It's a very precise way of charging, and actually doesn't need the battery to work - the battery is only used for the internal light. The charging voltage is generated when you move the switch. This does however mean that if the needle is very far left, you have to sit there awhile in order to make it show up again, because the discharge rate is very slow, to let you hit zero precisely. Heavy items will be packaged using solid styrofoam block. It is very rare for the items I pack to be broken, as my feedback should attest.
LOCAL PICKUP: Local pickup is great! Especially on those large items. I can be flexible with scheduling - just ask!
