1990 Hard to Find Rare Barbie Magical Mansion House Condition is Used. This is an absolutely beautiful house that sparkles with a pink glittery exterior. Pictures don't do it justice. Had been kept in a very large enclosed plexiglass display box that kept dust out and prevented fading. The left wall does have some cracking around the bottom of the lower window as can be seen in pictures. I Believe this can be fixed with a little glue prior to reassembly. Comes w...ith 2 chandeliers, one ceiling light and the front exterior outdoor light. All lights work except the purple Chandelier. Doorbell also works. This is a very large and heavy house measuring 49 inches wide 39 inches tall and 23 inches deep. Also comes with original instruction book to reassemble. This auction includes Mansion, light fixtures, and instruction book only. No furniture included. Will come disassembled in a box. Look at pictures carefully as they show the actual house assembled. If you choose to do local pickup I will wave the shipping cost. I have NOT disassemble the house yet so if you would like to pickup locally and would like to keep it assembled I can arrange for that. Will also include the very large plexiglass enclosure for local pickup only. Would need a pickup truck or the back of a large SUV to fit the house and plexiglass box.
