OPERATING CONDITION:- The ThinkPad will turn on but sometimes you have to wiggle or adjust the power cord.- The ThinkPad does not recognize the extra RAM in the slot on the bottom.- The Floppy Drive is untested.- The main battery is no good.- T...he CMOS battery needs to be replaced.- The Hard Drive is recognized and works but the operating system will need to be re-installed.- The keyboard expands and contracts normally and the keys all work.
PHYSICAL CONDITION:- The rubberized coating on the ThinkPad has deteriorated and is sticky.- There are several places where the case is coming apart (see pics).- The RAM slot cover is broken and will not stay in place without tape.- As always, check the pictures for physical condition because they do a better job describing than I do!
