Classic and rare. This unique tripod telescopes not from the bottom end of the legs but from the top near the head. This, I have read, is to keep the sliders out of the mud in safari conditions. I've also read that these are used for shooting in shallow water and that the bushings were specially designed for wet conditions. The tripod has a Kennett head attached.
