Vintage #75 Burley Winter Matte Blue Arts Craft Handled Pot Vase Urn

Purchased at an antique auction. Estimated age 1930's?
Very small chip on bottom edge rim. No crazing that I could find. No cracks or breaks. Pattern across top resembles olives and olive leaves, but not positive. Has typical manufacturing imperfections that most pottety of this time period has. Item is old and may have hard to see scuffs and marks from age and use.
