This beautiful art nouveau tray is embossed with a design of the god Pan and a female goddess and surrounded by floral motifs. It has hallmarks on the back M B Co. USA and 172. I do not know the content of the metal but will say that is not soft. The tray is very sturdy and weighs 224 grams or 7.9 ounces on my digital scale. It measures 9 1/4 inches long and 3 3/4 inches wide and 1/2 inch high.
