VINTAGE YUENGLING & SON WOODEN SHIPPING CRATE BOX 19" X 12" DATE CODE 28 FOR 1928 ?? WITH NICE GRAPHICS FOR ITS AGE!! This eBay listing is for an original vintage Yuengling & Son wooden shipping crate/box that comes as you see pictured in the listing. The overall size is just a hair under 19" long, 12" across and 10 1/2" tall. Due to the size of this item, it will be shipped via Fedex. There is a number 28 on a number of... panels so I'm thinking that is a date code for 1928 but after thinking about this - prohibition was from 1920 to 1933 unless it was used for other items during that time?? What is cool is that the inside 2 long panels is also marked with the Yuengling logo and someone added extra support to the 4 corners as well to beef up its support on all corners to make it much strong as well!!
