we are happy to accept payment by cheque or bank transfera very fine example of an early slim and elegant tudric art nouveau pewter candlestick, in fact one of the earlier recorded tudric pieces illustrated design 0250 and designed by archibald knox, it was produced in the art nouveau jugendstil secessionist era of around 1900 at the same time as the german firms of wmf, kayserzinn and orivit were producing similar pieces of art nouveau pewter, made by William haselers of Bir...mingham for the liberty & co tudric pewter ware range, fully marked with the design number 0250 plus the tudric stamp, this dating to around 1903 and easily recognisable as coming from the iconic designs of archibald knox and others, the pewter is in a polished condition with a mirror like finish as it would have been over 100 years ago when first made and it is a stunning piece of simple understated design and an impressive display piece measuring 8.5" tall, if you require any further information, please send an e-mail and I will get back to you.
