Arts& Crafts Movement Carnelian, Sterling Silver Gold Wash Pendant Designed bySybil Dunlop Abeautiful Pendant designed by a Member of the Guild of Arts & Crafts(1880-1935). Signature silver gold washwith a magnificent deep red carnelian by Sybil Dunlop (deceased 1968), circa1967. Henry Wilson, Bernard Instone, Archibald Knox and Dorrie Nossiter werefamous for creating well designed and well made art deco and arts and craftspieces. Measures 1 5/8 inc...hes (4.13 cm)by 1 ¼ inches (3.18 cm) approximately. The large carnelian measures 1 inch by5/8 by 3/8 inches (2.54 by 1.59 by 0.95 cm). Hallmarked with S DUNLOP, SD, theLondon mark, date letter “m” for 1967 and lion passant for sterling. Excellentcondition with no repairs.
