This an authentic Kathe Kruse Doll 1. He is in all his original clothing with the exception of his handmade wool cap which is beautiful and hand lined. The bottom of his L foot is correctly signed and marked-the number is 405. He is in played with condition-the seam under his chin shows some bunching on the R side of the fabric -I took a picture of this-some of his fingertips are worn-paint on the back of his head is worn-face paint is worn as well, and there are uneven areas where it ...looks like the wax mask has melted or distorted under the face fabric-amazingly, the actual body is in very nice condition. His underwear suit is original and darling, but it missing the top button. The amazing sailor suit is stained and shows wear and his knit socks are stained and have tears.
