As collector's know a few weeks after Turquoise was introduced into the Fiesta line, the covered onion soup bowl was discontinued. This piece is one of the rarest Fiesta production items.
Lid: Mint condition. I can't even find a light scratch.
Bowl: It is in near mint condition. I found three light short surface scratches. There is a 1/32" long spot on the inside of the rim that is missing glaze. It's not a chip. It could be a scrape in the glaze, but I doubt it. I... think it's a manufacturing glaze skip. See the pictures.
We've owned this for over 25 years. I hope it finds a good new home.
