Antique French Fashion Doll

I must admit that I am out of my element here, this is the first French fashion doll that came my way and I don't know much about it. Please ask questions before bidding.
She stands 17 inches tall. Her head and shoulder plate are bisque, her head swivels (not one piece with the shoulder plate). She is marked on the back with F. G. inside a scrolled frame. She blue glass eyes which are very realistic. The eyes are set, they do not close. She had holes in her ears but no earrings. Her... blond human hair wig is a replacement, it's labeled "Made in France." I don't see any hairlines or cracks in the bisque.
Her body is made of soft white leather and is in a very good condition. Her fingers are individually stitched and her toes are indicated with stitches.
She wears a complete set of clothes. Her top layer includes a blue velvet hat with black feather-like trim, a blue jacket with pearl buttons and lace, and a matching blue skirt with two layers of pleats. The blue is very faded, especially in the back, however structurally it's still very sound with no holes. Under her blue suit, she has a cotton blouse, long underpants, and a long underskirt adorned with lace. Unfortunately, she has only one of her leather boots left.
She looks her age and is not perfect but I think with a little of TLC, she is still a beauty. Thank you for looking.
