From the 1920's through WWII U.S. Combat Medic kits contained a small metal syringe and needle kit that also contained up to 6 different medications in small glass vials, in tablet form. When needed the desired dose was taken from the vial, mixed in the syringe with a sterile saline solution then administered. The specific meds carried varied throughout the years though regulations show the use of a least 3 specific ones: Atropine Sulfate, Strychnine Sulfate and Morphine Sulfate.... This auction is for ONE (1) vial, the exact one pictured, the rarest one, Morphine Sulfate and does not include the kit or anything else. Minty condition but the vial is empty as you can see. Their are also part of the federal required purple label to identify it as a narcotic by law. The last few pictures are of the syringe kit that was used in WWII and is NOT for sale and is for reference only. 100% original and rare.
