Must be one of the last few straight lug Speedmasters to be sold. As stated on the Archive document, it was registered on the 31st January 1969 - the year of the Apollo 11 Moon Landing - which would make a great 50th birthday gift!

MovementMovement number is 2, 6xx, xxx, Caliber 321. It winds smoothly, tic...ks nicely. Runs a little fast - haven't timed it - but I know that after a couple of weeks or so it is running fast, so could do with a service. Chrono runs and resets.
CaseIt has the Dot-over-Ninety bezel and is in used condition, with some wear but overall nice and round with the DON clear. There's a fair amount of marks as you would come to expect of a watch of this vintage, but the lugs still have some bevelled edges.
DialStepped dial with applied Omega logo without the 'professional' text. The hour markers have a nice patina, turning a nice dark yellowish-orange colour. Spear chrono hand. I'm not sure if the hands have been re-lumed in the past or not because sometimes there is a slight glow to them in the dark. But the shade of the hands match the hour markers (the hour markers do not glow).
I don't want to describe the dial as tropical but sometimes the dial looks like it has a brown-ish tinge to it, other times a grey-ish faded black.
IncludedWatch comes on black Nato Strap with Extract of Archives document and red Omega carrying case. I had a question asking if everything is original. Not being the original owner, I don't know the full history of the watch. I bought the watch from a dealer and the only thing they suggested might've been replaced is the crown.
