This listing is for a fully functional, BATTERY OPERATED CAMERA SHOOTING BEAR aka CINE BEAR as shown. This is not a reproduction toy. It is in very good - excellent condition. Colors are clear & bright. Tin litho, clothing & tin hat are nice & clean. The fur on the back of the bear's head is worn tin and shedding. When switch is pushed on he does the correct 5 actions as follow: (1) Bear's eyes light up flashing as if blinking, (2) The bear raises the camera up as if filmin...g, (3) Eyes stay on as if looking intently into the camera, (4) Worms shoot out of the camera, the toy was designed to shoot out 5 rubber worms. There are no worms included. (5) The bear then lowers the camera and the process repeats. Strong mechanism. This is a "MADE IN JAPAN" toy listed in Don Hultzman's book, COLLECTOR'S GUIDE TO BATTERY TOYS, copyright 2002, second edition. It is listed and pictured on page 41. It is a 1950's era toy made by the Linemar Co. ( Marx ). It has a rarity of 9 on a scale to 10 being the rarest, and a value of $1, 000.00 in C-10 condition.
