Hi you’re viewing one of the premier touring bikes of the eighties. MIYATA 1000. This is all original with the exception of a contemporary (Salsa Low Rider Rack). Included in sale. Can easily be removed. Also added were (Handsome Fenders-hammered gun metal to match bike. It’s beautifully done as you can see. Paint is 9/10, (small light blemishes) and remains sparkling in the sun. Miyata 1000 was known for superior paint and lug work MADE IN JAPAN. Miyata 1000 Grand Touring Vintage ...Steel Frame Bicycle 57Cm, excellent! 1984. Condition is Used.Brooks saddle, and no pedals will be included in sale. Original Seat post IS definitely apart of this purchase. Bell is also included. Bar tape is new all weather Brooks with Brooks plugs. A new chain was added a month ago and rear brake pads/ Hardware. Tires are new 700x25 hardshell gators. Arraya Rims/ sealed bearings. Bottom bracket is also sealed bearings with original Miyata dust caps. For those of you that know, the original Shimano drive-train (Elk) is legendary and well-sought in this condition. Bike has not seen many days in the saddle. Local pick up or lower 48 US. Shipping includes having a reputable LBS box it up properly and professionally so it arrives in the condition you see in the pics. Sending via Bike Flights.
