This card is extremely rare and will soon be very elusive. This was given away at the first ever Pokemon card collectors event in 2019. Under 400 of these cards were ever made and unavailable as of now. This is a must-have for any Charizard collector!Please see photos for condition. I would describe it as near mint. The top border does have a very slight press that is hardly noticeable, as seen in the photos.
