Vintage Leica M3, serial number dates it to 1955. It has a Summicron f-5cm 1:2 lens and what I believe is the original case which shows wear, but snaps shut and the strap is still there.
The camera needs to be cleaned, as I attempted nothing -- it is in the condition as I received it -- it is non working condition and needs to serviced by a camera person. The advance will not go any farther than is shown in the photo - I did not want to force it. There is something obscu...ring the viewfinder on the inside of the window. The shutter looks OK, I have taken photo with the back off. Lens unscrews as it should and is dirty, likely on the inside also, but again, I left it as it is and did not even clean the lens. Film spool is there and I tried to take a photo of the inside.
I only know a little about this from reading on internet, I received it from a relative who knew even less about it. I'll try to answer any questions you may have as quickly as I can.
