Original Description:
I purchased this engine and cement mixer from a farmer nearby here in South Carolina.
The engine turns over and has good compression. The mixer also turns just fine. I have the pulley and chain that went with the mixer. The engine cover is made of wood and metal and is removable. 
One of the tires has split and so it makes it hard to roll. These are an old split type rim and I'm not sure if the tires can be purchased? They are solid rubber but the years have been hard on the...m.
The engine was in a covered shed when I bought it, and has been kept indoors for the last several years. This engine is a little too big for me to keep. I got the itch to restore one of these and found this one, but in reality this really needs to go to someone that has more space to store than I. 
The mixer is from Republican Iron Works in Tecumseh Mich.
I haven't started the engine however I am confident it won't take much to get it going. The engine is located in Columbia, SC.
