Bisque socket head which depicts three different faces (crying, laughing, solemn) which are alternately revealed by turning the knob at top of head, the crying face with sculpted tears, original body with carton torso containing (working) pull-string mama/papa crier, antique costume. Marked C.B. (torso). Excellent. Carl Bergner, circa 1890, Germany.
