Full vellum binding with considerable wear including vellum on spine missing exposing text block. Boards essentially detached and just barely attached by cords. Volume is worthy of rebinding as this is a rare first edition that is desirable to many. Pages are generally bright and clear. Title page is loose and has outer edge with tears and with loss. First signature leaves have wear on page edges due to loosening from text block. Other than the first and last signatures loosened, Text block overall tight.
