One of my favorite Christian authors is Isaac Watts and his Psalms and Hymns. The Reason it is called He is from Ruth 3:15-And He went into the city-changed shortly thereafter to she went into the city. Darlow and Moule #250 all matching as noted.

Bible Measures 7" by 8 3/4" London-Robert Barker- Black letter Font with 2 columns.Contained within:1. General Title Page dated 1613-Laid down with some loss2. Dedication3. Translators to the Reader4. Table of Contents page with blank opposite.5. Bible beginning at Genesis 1-complete through Malachi 4(A-Ss6)6. Apocrypha-complete-Ss7-Eee37. New Testament Title Page-dated 1613-Robert Barker8. New Testament complete with colophon dated 1613( Eee4-Sss8a)9. 2 Profitable Concordances-Title page dated 1615-Robert Barker10. Profitable Concordances complete -w dated colophon at end.A-L2b11. Psalmes in Meeter with dated Title page-1614-Company of Stationers-London-Psalmes misspelled-Paslmes12.Meeter of Psalmes incomplete at Psalms 119-page 7613. Included in the rear is a Psalmes from the Great Bible-from a book of Common Prayer-no date-but complete.
Condition:
Exterior-Brown leather boards quite worn with thin leather cover split and some loss. Together by cords. Tender but holding. Possibly original binding or very early. All stamping quite faded. Due to rarity of Bible-may be candidate for rebacking.Interior-Many blank endpapers-some stained-some have writing.Pages of Bible and Concordance extant-slight loss to last page of concordance. Many pages with spots, foxing browning-Top and Bottom to Bible appears to have been trimmed.-see photos-about as representative as I could get with 12 photos. slight stains throughout.
"He" King James Bible. dated 1613- 406 Years Old!!!!!Very Rare-I will be on vacation from May 6 through May 18. Last dat to ship-noon on the 6th.
