McIntosh C27 Preamplifier - One Owner, With Documentation

McIntosh C27 Stereo Preamplifier. I am the original owner and as you can see from the receipt I purchased this on June 22, 1979. It is in excellent condition and was well taken care of. It has always been kept in a ventilated enclosed stereo stand. Includes documentation - original receipt, owner's manual, service information and 3-year service contract.
The feet are missing from the original McIntosh walnut case. I had to take them off to fit in my stereo stand and have lost them.<...br>There is also one performance issue. When you turn the preamplifier and amplifier on it makes a loud crackling popping sound through the speakers. It stops when you rotate the volume control a few times. I assume the volume control needs to be cleaned or replaced.
This unit is very well built and as you can see by the shipping information is very heavy. McIntosh didn't cut any corners building this unit.
