One Early Western Electric 262-A vacuum tube recently tested very strong at 58/37 (no shorts, no gas) on a Hickok TV-7 B/U military tester. A superb tube in excellent condition, solid glass, early engraved base. Pins are clean, slight abrasion on the grid cap. This is the last 262-A that we have and it is from the same group as today's previous auction. This tube is from my personal collection which I purchased in Europe 20 years ago from a good friend who was a discerning audio engine...er. Appears to be NOS by appearance and performance.
