A very scarce pamphlet, which as can be seen from the images, is a little browned and worn. The 4 leaves are delicately held together from the tiny remnants of an early spine. The edges are a little chipped and nicked, an...d have been closely cropped in places, with loss of first and last letters to sentences to the 3rd and 4th leaves, see images. The bottom of the last leaf has been folded up a little, see images. The front page has the remnants of a small label to the top left corner, and there are a couple of ink numbers to the top right corner, the date has been added in ink, and there is a little ink to the bottom edge. Little marked. Small tissue repair to one leaf. Else in reasonable condition for age and scarcity.

"Captaine Hotham in Yorkshire..they were deluded by the malignants in that County in agreeing to the Articles of pacification .. with no intent to peace""Captaine Kettleby, Captaine of the Swallow that lately revolted from the Earl of Warwick, with Captain Stradling, was taken at New-Castle, was this day bought to Parliament""There came Letters to the Houses from the Lord General from Worcester informing that he hath sent the Lord Wharton with 7. Troops of horse to Kidderminster to discover the state of the Kings Army and to prevent the Cavalliers in their plundering....also sent captaine Browne with his Dragoneeres to releave Manchester""The Bill for the Assembly of the Clergy""Kings Army was making provisions to advance from Shrewsbury"
