Up for Auction is a Commodore 1581 Disk Drive with the power supply and a back up copy of the 1581 Demo/Utilities Disk.
The Drive seems to be in very nice shape. There seems to be a little yellowing on the ejection button.
I used this drive to format a disk. Copy the Demo/Utilities Disk on to the formatted disk. Then I ran some programs that was now on the Demo/Utilities Disk.
As far as I can tell this 1581 Disk Drive is working correcting.
As of thetime that I am... posting it this drive is in good working order. If you arepicking it up, I will guarantee to the fact that it is as I have describedabove as to condition and working order but when shipping, due to its ageand the fact that this will be passing through other people’s hands that I haveno control over, this item is being sold as is. This item will be shipped in a oversized box and packed with bubble wrap as well as other packingmaterial. This is the best way to ensure the best shipping results.
