There appears to be something wrong with take up spindle on the deck. I tested it with a tape and the right take up spindle was not moving, however, the sound bars were going up and down when the tape was playing. When I removed the tape I had to fish out the tape and manually rewind it. It is sold in its stated condition in need or repair.
