Up for sale is this antique 1890 copy of, "The Ice Age in North America and Its Bearings Upon the Antiquities of Man." The book is overall in good condition with signs of wear and age. The covers have some soiling and wear as illustrated in the photos. There is some darkening to the spine and some light corner wear. The binding of the book is good and sound. There is an old bookplate adhered to the front inside cover. There are some pages in the tabl...e of contents which have some chips and tears to the outer margins. Besides that, the interior is generally clean though there may be the very occasional page with some kind of minor imperfection such as a minor bit of foxing, soiling, or grubbiness, creased page corner, other small tear or chip, minor interior crack, etc. The book is illustrated with maps and black and white illustrations.
