You are looking at a great VINTAGE copy of the original Casino Royale soundtrack on vinyl. It was released by Colgems and is identified as COSO-5005, the stereo version. It features music composed and conducted by Burt Bacharach & the theme song is by Herb Alpert & the Tijuana Brass. Based on the markings in the run-out, I believe this to be an Indianapolis pressing.
