This is a rare framed Apple poster “Wheels for the Mind” Apple University Consortium grant program, 1984. The artist is Clement Mok, a former creative director for Apple in the early 80’s. This poster is part of the series of Picasso style artwork used for the Macintosh line.
This is in excellent condition and has been stored properly for many years. The poster was framed at a gallery in Austin. The frame has a couple of minor scratches.
Steve Jobs gave a presentation in ...1980 in which he uses the analogy of computers as bicycles for the mind. You can listen to his speech on YouTube. The idea of a person with a Mac strapped to a bicycle was inspired from this moment in time with Jobs.
