Rare Antique French Copper Plated Gilded Jewelry Box Birds and Flowers 19th century.
Unique copper plated and gilded metal birds and flowers design in detailed high relief.
Inside is upholstered in tufted and buttoned blue fabric. Please note one area to the inside fabric has damage and the bottom is damaged with very little tufting remain instead fabric in a similar color was cut to size and added in to the bottom.
Appears to be a name or signature on the bottom but I can...’t make it out.
Beautiful patina on the exterior stands as a testimony to its age. Perfect for any antique collector.
Measures just shy of 4 ½ inches across 4 inches tall and 3 inches wide. Weight 1.26 pounds or 528 grams.
