1971 W.S. Program + Rare "Orioles News" clubhouse newsletter. We collect vintage Fiesta ware, but often come into possession of GREAT collectibles in other categories and genres. Up for your consideration is rare combo: A 1971 program AND mimeographed newsletter from the Orioles-vs.-Pirates World Series. This program is from one of the games played in Baltimore and both items are in great shape. The program is fairly common; the Oriole News (especially for a Wor...ld Series issue) is RARE.
Condition: The Program is crisp-and-clean with bright colors, sharp corners and no "spine rolling." It does have the game scored (very neatly, see photo 8), and this section has come loose from the staples. There is also some writing on the Buhie Kuhn page (see photo). The Program is free of smells, stains, browning, mold, tape and smoke. Likewise, the Orioles News is in excellent condition with no smells, rips, writing or fading. I does have a few soft corners and aging patina, mostly on the front page. Really sharp shape overall.
