For auction the Mephisto ESB chess computer with original pieces. This ESB has been fitted with a new mainboard that runs the London version of the 32-bit Genius program on the Motorola 68030 platform at 50-MHz clock-speed. The power-input on this unit has been uprated to provide a better connection to the power-source. I make no claims that the board, given the age of such an item is in a cosmetically perfect condition. The king height is about 90mm and an English manual is included. ...The power-adaptor is suitable for both European and American mains systems. One of the four grooves in one of the white rooks is squared a little larger due to a previous chip.
