Up for bid is a functional Apple Macintosh PowerBook PowerPC 1400c/166 Laptop. It comes in its original box and with everything found in the box - extra drives, peripheries, media, manual and other items. Included:
The laptop, an Apple Macintosh PowerBook 1400c/166. It has a PowerPC 603e 166 MHz processor (fastest one they offered in this line) and it is loaded with the maximum 64 MB ram. It has a 2 GB hard drive. It boots up to OS 8.0 and has many old graphic desi...gn and other applications on it (see photos). Condition problems noted: The battery is long gone, it holds a bit of a charge but not enough to run the laptop. The Open bracket/Open brace key seems to be dead or alternately stuck "on", continually typing the character. It stops when you hit another key... may need cleaning?. Otherwise the laptop seems functional. The exterior of the laptop is in very good shape, no damage or broken parts. It comes with its original Apple Macintosh 45W AC Adapter Power Supply/24V Charger.
It comes with three removable media drives that fit the expansion bay:
A 1.4 MB SuperDrive Floppy Drive (tested, works, see mounted floppy in photos) A 12x CD-ROM Optical Drive (won't read disks, does the "14 blink" on the status light then does nothing)A VST Zip 100 Drive (untested, sorry, don't have any Zip disks)
