Cleaning out the closet from my really old hobby shop closed years ago...
This item still has the original shrinkwrap, but its torn in a few places. Front cover has a ding which may be visible in the photo. I'm calling it "used" although it has never been anywhere other than in the distributor's and my shop's inventory.
THIS ITEM DOES NOT INCLUDE RADIATION DETECTION BADGE. Everything else ...should be present. (My recollection is someone stole the badge and it went into storage.) Here's the contents listing if you can't make it out in the photo:
